Important “ГОС НОМЕРА” is a private classifieds and user‑to‑user communication platform. We are not a governmental entity and are not affiliated with any government agencies (including traffic police).

• Hours: daily 09:00–21:00 (MSK)
• Response time: typically within 24 hours

3. Reports, safety & moderation (UGC)

The service contains user‑generated content (listings, photos, descriptions, messages). We provide moderation and handle reports:

• Report a user/listing: open the listing in the app → tap “Report”.
• Block a user: open the listing in the app → tap “Block”.
• If you can’t do it in the app: email gosnum@mail.ru with the listing link/ID, details, and screenshots.

4. Purchases, balance & refunds

• iOS: paid digital features (e.g., promotion/limits) are purchased via Apple In‑App Purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Android/Web: if a purchase was made via an external payment provider, contact support: gosnum@mail.ru.

If the service uses an internal balance, it is only for digital features within the service and is not a bank account.

5. Account & data deletion

To delete your account and personal data, email gosnum@mail.ru with subject “Account deletion” and include the phone/email used for your account.

Requests are usually processed within 7 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for fraud prevention.
